Warbler’s  Hideaway consists of 920 acres, over 400 of which consists of Common Property for the use of all members. The property encompasses the East and West Branches of Big Creek.    We are surrounded by Kirtland Warblers habitat, with fishing on premises and North Branch of the Au Sable just down the road within a mile. Our 45 unit campground is open to members, family and members guests only at this time.

New Lockbox Installed – For members convenience, we have installed a new lockbox located at our Warblers mailboxes. It is mounted on the inside of the mailbox enclosure on the left wall.  You can now place your payments, pool key fobs or any suggestions into this box.  Thank you!

Gun Range Hours:

The gun range is closed until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your cooperation.

 

 

Clubhouse Rental:We are happy to announce that the clubhouse will soon be open for use by members in good standing at any time. Reservations will continue to be available for special occasions and private events.  For clubhouse reservations please email  warblershideaway@gmail.com  or contact our secretary Chantell Slupka at (810) 309-6531 Deposits should be mailed to 2704 Lovells Rd., Grayling, MI  49738.  Rental of the clubhouse will only be confirmed after receipt of deposit.  Deposit will be refunded after your event if clubhouse is cleaned and undamaged.

Wednesdays: 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Saturdays: 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Sundays: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Closed: Christmas Day and Easter Sunday (Open Monday after Easter 9 AM – 1 PM); Open Mondays from 9 AM – 1 PM on the following weekends: Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.

Short Term Rentals
Please be advised that if you are planning to rent out your cabin or home as a short-term rental, there is a procedure to follow through the Township.  They have an application with a $400.00 fee.  Once you have been approved through the Township, you must then notify our HOA management in writing that your property will be used as a short-term rental.  We have a “Release/Indemnity Agreement Regarding Rental Property” which needs to be signed by you and returned to us.  We also have a “Release of Liability by Tenant/Renter” that should also be completed by your renters.  You will find both forms under our Forms tab at the top of our page.   These may be emailed to us at warblershideaway@gmail.com or placed in our drop box.     Thank you.   See letter below for more information:
